Eden Residences is an upscale residential development based in the city-centre of Singapore. The condominium is located along Stanford Road, erected beside the Capitol Theatre and The Piaza. The client, Capitol Singapore Development, wanted to create a welcome kit for the residents.

The goal of the design of the welcome kit was to keep it to be as minimalistic as possible to align with the modern space.
